1. What are the eligibility requirements for the "Your Growth Starts Here" internship program? 
The program is open to final-year students, recent graduates, and master's students. Proficiency in English and familiarity with the MS Office suite are also essential.

Depending on the team you apply for, you'll need to come from a relevant academic background, as specified in the application requirements. These often include faculties such as Pharmacy, Technology, Biology, and Chemistry, or similar fields. However, these are not the only options, so we encourage you to thoroughly review the list of open intern positions.

2. How is the internship program structured? 
The internship program runs for 6 months and requires a commitment of 20 hours per week.

You will coordinate your attendance schedule with your mentor and team, taking into account the specific needs of your sector, the tasks you're working on, and your personal obligations.

3. Is the internship paid? 
Yes, this is a paid internship. You will receive a monthly financial stipend for your work. Compensation for meals and travel expenses is also provided.

4. Where can I complete my internship? 
Internship locations in Serbia include Vršac, Šabac, and Belgrade. Furthermore, this year, as in previous years, internships are also available at our production facility in Banja Luka.
Given that teams involved in production are based in Šabac or Vršac, many students inquire about how internships are managed in these locations. If you're keen to explore various production segments of the pharmaceutical industry that operate in these areas, rest assured that transportation costs from Belgrade and Novi Sad to Šabac or Vršac will be covered.

All these arrangements are finalized during the later stages of the selection process, so if this has been a concern, please know that it is entirely manageable.
