Hemomont, a proud member of the Hemofarm group, was established on November 11, 1994, pioneering as Montenegro's very first pharmaceutical factory. Since 2006, Hemomont has been an integral part of the German pharmaceutical giant, STADA, which stands as one of the world's most prominent generic pharmaceutical companies.

  • Today, Hemomont is a leader in Montenegro in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing and employs more than 300 people. In addition to production, Hemomont operates two laboratories — a Microbiological Laboratory and a Physico-Chemical Laboratory — where all products are tested in-house.

    Our greatest strength is our employees, whose knowledge, dedication, and passion for their work contribute to the company’s successful and continuous growth.

This includes the First Time Leader program for colleagues with less than one year of leadership experience, the Experienced Leadership program for seasoned leaders, and the Senior Leadership program for senior leaders with more than eight years of experience. All these programs are designed to support the development of our employees’ leadership skills.
