STADA India serves as a strategic hub for several global functions, including Global Procurement, IT India Hub, Global Website Hub, Global Audit Management, External Supply Operations, Responsible Procurement, and the Procurement Enablement Team. These functions are operationally managed from our Mumbai office, positioning the India team as a key Center of Excellence within the STADA Group.

Group Policies
- GROUP MEDICLAIM POLICY Health insurance coverage of up to INR 10 Lakhs for employees and their eligible dependents, including spouse, up to three children, and either parents or parents-in-law (siblings excluded).
- GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT POLICY Personal accident insurance coverage of up to three times the employee’s current annual CTC.
- GROUP TERM LIFE POLICY Life insurance coverage of up to three times the employee’s current annual CTC, providing financial security for beneficiaries.
The organization bears the full cost for all three insurance plans. These benefits are provided at no additional cost to employees and are over and above the stated CTC.
