Main responsabilities:

• Leads the process to define the program goals and objectives with the SLT including linking the 
  program deliverables to Site supply chain performance targets, measured through KPIs. 
  • Leads the process to define the program plan, using the inputs from the Site assessment, in 
  collaboration with SLT and the global program head. 
  • Leads the SLT process to assign work stream leaders (WSLs), and work stream team members, in line with the requirements of the program plan (right skills and right resource time allocation). 
  • Designs and implements a Site program governance structure that connects WSLs to the program leader and the program leader to the SLT. The governance process ensures the program plan is followed, and reliably delivered, and that any issues are identified, and solved, quickly. 
  • Supports "on-time" start-up of each work stream including having the required resources in place, start-up training delivered, and clear objectives and timelines defined in a work stream charter.  
  • Coaches, supports and helps each individual WSL to successfully lead their work stream team. Assists WSL with issue resolution so that work stream milestones are reliably achieved on-time.  
  • Forms an effective relationship with the global MRP2 program head to get help with successful MRP2 implementation at the Site. This includes periodic 1:1 coaching meetings, program deep-dives, and workshops on individual subjects that require special attention. 
  • Forms effective relationships with the other MRP2 program leaders, at other Stada Sites to get help, share best practices and develop successful MRP2 implementation methodologies for Stada.  
  • Monitors the Site supply chain performance using the relevant KPIs, and root cause analysis. Monitors, and reports, the Site process performance using the relevant PIs and determines, with the WSLs, the "health" of the process. The program leader is then responsible to help everyone at the Site "connect" the Site performance, to the PI performance, and make any required changes to the work stream scope, or program scope, to ensure that the MRP2 program delivers the required Site performance levels. 
  • Defining a strategy for the full and sustainable implementation of MRP2 at the site. 
  • Leading an effective monthly local MRP2 management process to ensure transparency of the status of all parts of the program, identifying and resolving challenges to promote the program's progress. 
  • Improving the Key Performance Indicators of STADA Operations through the successful 
  implementation of MRP2 .
