Responsabilities:
Â
- Comply with GMP requirements, Data Integrity principles, applicable internal procedures, and Quality Management System requirements.
- Ensure the proper application of pharmaceutical quality requirements, GMP standards, the Quality Manual, and all internal requirements applicable to operational activities.
- Organize and deliver onboarding and training programs for new and existing employees within the Production area.
- Provide practical and theoretical training on equipment operation, production and packaging activities, equipment cleaning, format changeovers, GMP documentation completion, and material handling.
- Ensure that trained operators acquire the knowledge, competencies, and autonomy required to perform activities in accordance with approved procedures and operational performance standards
- Perform production-related and equipment operation activities, including cleaning and equipment condition verification when required for training or operational purposes.
- Maintain equipment used in daily operations and training activities in proper condition and monitor its performance.
- Provide coaching and direct operational support within the production area to strengthen competencies and promote operational best practices.
- Assess trainees’ progress, verify acquired knowledge and competencies, and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Identify training needs and competency gaps and propose training, requalification, or coaching actions to close identified gaps.
- Support the development and maintenance of competency matrices, training materials, qualification plans, and competency assessment tools.
- Participate in the implementation of new procedures, work instructions, technologies, equipment, and operational processes by training and qualifying affected personnel.
- Complete training and operational documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
- Inform the direct manager of any non-conformity, deviation, improper practice, quality incident, or risk identified during production or training activities.
- Contribute to developing a culture based on safety, quality, operational discipline, and continuous learning.
