Major Accountabilities:
• Contributes to the implementation of the processes in the production area.Â
• Is responsible for the personnel in the assigned area both from the point of view of the production planÂ
and from the point of view of OSH/SU specific to the workplace.Â
• Participate in the implementation of IT systems in the production area.Â
• Involved in internal and external auditing processes.Â
• Ensures compliance with the production plan.Â
• Ensures compliance with the required quality standards.Â
• Announce any non-conformity that appears in the manufacturing process.Â
• Ensures compliance with GMP norms and records in a real and correct way the information resultingÂ
from the activity undertaken.Â
• Supervises the proper functioning of the manufacturing equipment in the assigned area andÂ
announces any technical failure that may compromise the realization of the production plan.Â
• Makes proposals to improve the processes in order to simplify and rationally use the resources at hisÂ
disposal.Â
• Ensures compliance with the work processes in force.Â
• Ensure proper training of subordinate personnel.Â
• Support constant improvement initiatives, implementation of new technologies and learning culture.Â
• Ensure a good communication within the workplace.Â
• Develops opportunities in order to improve professional skills and continuous development in the fieldÂ
of activity.Â
• Maintains the confidential character of the datas and informations that the employee has access to.
