About the Role
As a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will serve as a scientific expert and trusted partner to healthcare professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other external stakeholders. Reporting to the Assistant Medical Director, you will play a key role in facilitating non-promotional scientific exchange, gathering actionable medical insights, and supporting STADA UK's Medical Affairs strategy. Additionally, you will mentor and develop MSLs, represent STADA at industry forums and ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and company policies. You will also take responsibility to ensure market intelligence is translated to enable internal stakeholders to react to and understand the external environment.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Build and maintain trusted peer-to-peer relationships with HCPs, KOLs and academic institutions.
- Deliver high-quality, non-promotional scientific exchange and respond to unsolicited medical information requests.
- Develop and execute KOL engagement plans, facilitating scientific collaborations and long-term partnerships.
- Gather and analyse meaningful medical insights to inform medical strategy, evidence generation and product lifecycle planning.
- Support medical education initiatives, including disease and product training, advisory boards, and congress activities.
- Represent STADA at national and international scientific meetings to identify trends, gather intelligence, and share insights internally.
- Mentor and guide MSLs, ensuring best practices in training and industry knowledge.
- Plan and prioritise territory activities, maintaining accurate records and managing budgets responsibly.
- Partake in industry events and forums helping to shape strategy
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences (e.g., MPharm, PharmD, MBBS, PhD, MSc, or equivalent).
- Strong scientific and clinical knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build credible relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
