About the Role:
As a Senior Medical Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Medical Affairs strategy for STADA UK's Specialty portfolio. Acting as a critical link between internal teams, healthcare professionals and the global Medical Affairs organisation, you will contribute to advancing scientific exchange, medical education, and cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with external engagement, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both settings.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop and maintain expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and specialty products.
- Provide scientific and medical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with local and global Medical Affairs plans.
- Support scientific interactions with healthcare professionals and participate in advisory boards, expert meetings and educational events.
- Gather and share medical insights from external stakeholders to inform strategy and identify unmet patient needs.
- Contribute to the development of scientific materials, internal training initiatives, and medical education programs.
- Collaborate with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to ensure consistent messaging and effective field medical activities.
- Act as a key interface with global Medical Affairs colleagues, supporting the localisation of global strategies and ensuring UK market insights are represented.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience within Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong scientific and clinical knowledge, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working with both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
- Desirable: Experience in specialty medicines and supporting product launches.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
