Purpose of Role

To support the Global Maintenance Leader in strengthening the deployment of TPM roadmap. Global Maintenance is part of Global Engineering team which leads the Global Standardization of the different key Engineering disciplines implemented by site Engineering teams. Global Engineering goal is to provide World Class Engineering support to Global Production Operations, driving change across the entire company, implementing modern and effective means to improve Production throughput performance and efficiency.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assisting in the coordination of product launch activities within the Supply Chain Management
  • Supporting project managers in tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Helping monitor readiness for production, delivery, and release processes under supervision
  • Preparing and updating reports for launch tracking activities (e.g., project management tracker, gantt charts, launch sheets, delivery overview, KPI baseline)
  • Facilitating communication and information flow between stakeholders (internal teams, affiliates, suppliers)
  • Contributing to risk identification and supporting mitigation planning
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and learning project management tools and processes
  • Gaining exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and international project management

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • Scientific background (pharmacy, biotechnology or similar)
  • Currently at the last years of the degree or at master studies
  • Initial internship or work experience in operations, supply chain, project management, or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Strong interest in pharmaceutical operations and global product launches
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
