Regional Manager

We are looking for a Regional Manager who will lead a team of medical representatives, drive sales performance, and support the company's business development within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of medical representatives within the assigned territory
  • Achieve sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement the regional growth strategy
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive environment, and territory potential
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
  • Conduct joint and follow-up field visits, field coaching, and team performance evaluations
  • Set objectives, monitor execution, and provide feedback to team members
  • Build partnerships with key accounts
  • Organize and lead negotiations, presentations, and training events
  • Prepare analytical and management reporting
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and business processes
  • Manage territory coverage and optimize team routes

Requirements

  • Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical, or economics background)
  • 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of team management
  • At least 2 years of driving experience
  • Willingness to travel within the region
