Commercial Specialist
Location: Novi Sad

 

About the Role

As a Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening business cooperation with pharmacies within your assigned territory by implementing commercial activities, analyzing the market, and executing sales strategies. You will play a key role in building long-term partnerships with customers, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular field presence and visits to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement commercial activities in the assigned market in line with the company's strategy.
  • Independently analyze product sales, pharmacy performance, and customer sales data, using insights to improve business performance.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacy owners and pharmacy staff.
  • Monitor market developments and regularly report relevant information regarding customers, products, and market activities.
  • Introduce and promote new products while implementing the defined product assortment for the existing portfolio in accordance with the company's strategy.
  • Prepare regular reports using CRM and other reporting tools.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Economics, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dentistry.
  • Previous experience in the same or similar positions is considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of the English language.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
