Medical Representative   

Kyzylorda | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

We are looking for a Medical Representative who will build relationships with doctors and pharmacies, promote the company's products, and contribute to achieving business goals within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to doctors and pharmacy staff, providing information about the company's medicines and medical devices
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct presentations and training sessions for medical and pharmaceutical professionals
• Build long-term professional relationships with doctors and pharmacists
• Maintain a database of medical institutions and pharmacies within the assigned territory, and manage reporting in CRM
• Analyze market conditions and competitor activity

Requirements

• Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical background preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales
• At least 2 years of driving experience

• Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions
• Stress resilience: calm response to rejections, objections, and high workload
• Discipline and accountability
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change
