Marketing and Sales Department Assistant OTC

Assistant to the CHC Business Unit provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support, ensures efficient day-to-day operations. In this role, you can learn how CHC business works and take part in exciting projects to further boost your development.

 

 Key Responsibilities

 

Traveling & meetings

  • Organize flights, hotels, amenities for individual and team business travels
  • Organize regular and one-off team meetings (cycle meetings, brand review meetings…)
  • Process expenses and expense reports for office employees
  • Manage communication, agreements, invoicing with local suppliers

 

Contracts, purchase orders, expenses

  • Set up new vendors in system
  • Create and track purchase orders for pharmacy sales force, brand marketing, HCP marketing, trade marketing, business unit head
  • Archives contracts in internal system

 

Promotion materials and conferences

  • Submits promotion materials for approval in internal system
  • Coordinate production & shipping of materials for HCP (pharmacists, doctors) conferences
  • Manage promo material warehouse & shipping

 

Other

  • Lead and create internal communication for CHC organization (Linkedin posts, newsletters, content for Townhalls…)
  • Supports the team with ad-hoc tasks (e.g. price monitoring)
  • Co-ordinates input collection, translation of presentations (English – Polish)
  • Supports team with repacking of products

 

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field welcome
  • English proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic financial and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Driving license B
