Job Summary
The Launch Coordinator sits centrally in the daily orchestration of all new launches within the EG portfolio across the three business units. The role collaborates closely with all departments including Business Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Market access and Commercial to ensure that novel products are launched on time. The responsibility spans the full lifecycle of a launch, from early launch preparation to launch execution, post-launch monitoring and eventual product phase‑outs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio planning and launch sequencing
- Monitor progress of launch projects
- Manage daily launch planning across product categories:
- Lead cross-functional project management of launch activities in partnership with all relevant functions
- Maintain relationship and communication with headquarters launch coordinators
- Governance meeting preparations & follow-up
- Identify and maintain fit-to-size project management tools and trackers, including exploring and integrating AI-driven solutions where it adds value
- Monitor launch performance to improve operational flow and thrive excellence
- Implement phase-out steps when required
Required Profile
- Master degree in scientific area
- Strong cross-functional project management and portfolio management skills
- Experience in generics and pharmaceutical industry
- Track record in cross functional collaboration
- Launch management experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
