Tender Manager - Generics (f/m/d)   

Laichingen | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

 

As a Tender Manager (f/m/d), you centrally manage our German generics business. You are responsible for the tender process, from tender analysis to offer and discount strategy to contract management.

What you can expect
 
  • You strategically and operationally manage health insurance tenders and discount contracts.
  • You analyze the market, competition, volume, prices, and profitability and develop suitable offers.
  • You create offer, price, and discount strategies for the generics portfolio.
  • You prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and decision templates for management.
  • You monitor tender performance, revenue, margin, volume, and market shares and derive optimizations.
  • You work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Legal, and Sales.
  • You continuously improve tender processes, data analyses, and digital control tools.
  • You identify opportunities and risks in the discount contract market and provide recommendations for action for the generics business.

Who we are looking for
 
  • You have a completed degree or comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in tender management, pricing, market access, or the pharmaceutical field.
  • You are well-acquainted with the German generics and discount contract market.
  • You think analytically and commercially and work confidently with numbers, data, and Excel (BI knowledge is advantageous).
  • You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner.
  • You impress with strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.
