Senior Revenue Manager - Generics (f/m/d)

As a Senior Revenue Manager (f/m/d), you will commercially manage the German generics business. You will analyze and optimize revenue, prices, discounts, volumes, and profitability, and provide data-based recommendations.

What you can expect
 
  • You optimize revenue, pricing, and profitability of the generics portfolio.
  • You analyze revenue, price, volume, and margin developments.
  • You develop pricing and revenue strategies with business cases and management templates.
  • You monitor market and competitive developments.
  • You work closely with Tender Management, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
  • You improve revenue KPIs, reports, and digital control tools.
  • You support budget, forecast, and strategic planning.
  • You identify opportunities and risks and derive measures.

Who we are looking for
 
  • You have a degree or comparable qualification.
  • You have professional experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial excellence, or controlling, ideally in the pharmaceutical/generics sector.
  • You have analytical skills and experience with business cases and scenario analyses.
  • You have excellent Excel skills; BI/analytics experience is advantageous.
  • You excel in communication and stakeholder management.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
