Manager Portfolio & Commercial Steering - Focus Consumer Healthcare (f/m/d)

This position is limited to one year.

What you can expect
 
  • You will be responsible for Net Revenue Management for our Consumer Healthcare portfolio and develop pricing, conditions, and ROI logic across all sales channels (pharmacy, eCommerce, wholesale).
  • You will design the trade marketing playbook for launches and the existing portfolio and develop activation concepts to support the sales channels.
  • You will manage portfolio and launch prioritization according to the Growth Strategy 2030 and work closely with New Product Management on business cases and market launches.
  • You will define control KPIs (sell-out, promotion effectiveness, ROI) and derive concrete recommendations for action for management.
  • You will enable channel teams to implement activation measures with a focus on ROI and take responsibility for sell-out.
  • You will work closely with Pricing, Finance, New Product Management, and STADA structures and establish commercial excellence standards.
  • You will identify synergies in pricing, net revenue management, and trade marketing and integrate them into the generics business.
  • You will report commercial performance and portfolio progress to management and derive control impulses.

Who we are looking for
 
  • You have a degree in economics (Bachelor), ideally with a focus on marketing, sales, finance, or category management.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in Net Revenue Management, Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Category Management – preferably in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Pharma, or Generics.
  • You have solid knowledge in pricing, condition management, promotion effectiveness, and ROI analytics and possess a strong understanding of P&L.
  • You have experience in cross-channel trade marketing and activation concepts (pharmacy, retail, eCommerce).
  • You work data-driven, think analytically, and translate key figures into actionable recommendations.
  • You manage cross-functionally, empower teams without direct leadership, and excel in stakeholder management.
  • You work in a structured, ROI-oriented, and independent manner, combining strategic thinking with implementation.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written) complete your profile.
