About your role

The key account manager is responsible for building and growing our business with key online pharmacies and parapharmacies, achieving both turnover and profitability objectives. You will develop and implement joint business plans that align with the company’s vision and budget. Acting as the business owner for this channel, you are end-to-end responsible for managing these strategic partnerships and driving our ambitious growth agenda to outpace market growth. In this role, you report to the BU Director Consumer Health Care.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the overall commercial strategy and execution for key online accounts. You develop, present and execute yearly joint business plans based on relevant insights, category trends, and market dynamics to strengthen our leadership position.
  • You act as the business owner for your customers, ensuring topline and profitability targets are met. You are end-to-end responsible for the P&L of your accounts
  • You are responsible for negotiating yearly contracts, including trade terms, active mix management, innovation launches, promotional plans, and marketing collaborations to drive mutual growth.
  • Together with the marketing team, you ensure our strong brands are perfectly activated on the e-retailer platforms and deliver consistent communication across all digital touchpoints.
  • You align the strategy and plan with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. You ensure impactful communication and supporting material are available to drive our message online.
  • You ensure we drive perfect execution both online and in point-of-sales and intervene where needed to maximise our execution
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments. You align your plans regularly with them and communicate all relevant info to all counterparts.

Required profile

  • Motivated, Energetic and Passionate (MEP).
  • You act in line with our values: Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility and One STADA.
  • Master’s degree in economics, commercial engineering, or related field with min. 5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or E-commerce. Previous experience with online retailers or in FMCG is a plus.
  • Excellent strategic and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong partnerships and drive flawless execution.
  • Strong commercial skills with a solid track record in building customer businesses, including expertise in promotional planning and online activation.
  • Strong business acumen with solid P&L management knowledge and familiarity with net revenue management principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and digital analytics to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong relationship builder who can successfully navigate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial go-getter with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English.
