Head of Culture and People Eurasia   

Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Culture & People (CP) | Management / Executives  

 

 

 

We are currently searching for an experienced Head of Culture and People (C&P) – STADA Eurasia.

This is a strategic people & culture leadership role and a key partner position to the Eurasia Leadership Team (LT), responsible for shaping and executing the Culture and People agenda across STADA Eurasia. The role positions culture, leadership, talent and data‑driven insights as core levers of business performance and transformation.

Position: Head of Culture and People (C&P) – STADA Eurasia

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan – Regional role across Eurasia

Reports to: VP Eurasia / VP C&P Eastern Europe

Key responsibilities

  • Define and lead the Culture & People roadmap for Eurasia, aligned with Group strategy, and actively influence and coach the LT on culture and people topics.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives, translating values into clear leadership behaviours, decision‑making norms and ways of working.
  • Co‑create and implement the regional People and Leadership agenda, supporting transformation and large‑scale change programs.
  • Lead the Learning & Development strategy: identify future‑critical capabilities and deploy regional programs and learning journeys for leaders and key talent.
  • Oversee talent management and succession for key roles, fostering internal mobility, cross‑country careers and strong leadership pipelines.
  • Champion Employee Experience, DEI and well‑being, ensuring inclusive and modern people practices.
  • Promote a data‑driven C&P culture: use people analytics, listening tools and KPI dashboards to guide LT decisions and measure impact.
  • Explore and leverage AI‑based tools and solutions (e.g. for learning, talent, engagement, analytics) to modernize and scale the Culture & People agenda.
  • Build and/or lead a regional C&P community/team, strengthening countries and leadership capabilities in people, culture and data‑driven decision making.

Profile

  • 15+ years in strategic HR / People & Culture / OD / L&D with regional or multi‑country scope.
  • Proven experience in culture, engagement, leadership development, talent and change, with direct exposure to senior leadership teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and influencing skills at LT / executive level.
  • Comfortable working with people analytics, digital tools and AI‑enabled HR solutions.
  • Fluent English, Kazakh, Russian; other regional languages are an advantage.
