• Finance Business Partner

  About the role

  Are you a finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business, not just reporting numbers? As our Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, turning financial data into clear insights and helping shape decisions that drive profitable growth.

  What you will do

  • Partner with the business: be the go-to finance contact for [Commercial / Marketing / Country leadership], join their key meetings and help them make better decisions.
  • Plan for the future: lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and contribute to long-range and strategic planning.
  • Track performance: analyse monthly results against budget and forecast, explain what drives the numbers and flag risks and opportunities early.
  • Build business cases: create financial models for product launches, in-licensing deals, pricing, promotions and investments, and measure their return.
  • Drive profitability: analyse margins by product, brand, channel and customer, and identify opportunities to save costs and improve working capital.
  • Improve how we work: simplify and automate reporting with tools such as SAP, Power BI and Excel, while keeping data accurate and compliant.

    What we are looking for

    • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business; ACCA, CIMA, CFA or an MBA is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in FP&A, controlling or business partnering.
    • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and P&L management.
    • Strong skills in building financial models and business cases.
    • Advanced Excel and experience with SAP; Power BI is an advantage.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, or in a multinational company, is preferred.
    • The confidence to explain numbers simply and challenge senior stakeholders.
    • Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
