Digital Marketing and Media Planning Specialist
Â
The Digital Marketing & Media Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the media strategy for promotional products in order to achieve defined KPIs within the approved marketing framework. The role works closely with Product Managers to design and execute media strategies and tactics based on market and channel analysis, oversees media planning and campaign execution across digital channels (including web, SMM, SEO, multi‑channel campaigns), evaluates effectiveness, and adjusts activities as needed.
The Specialist ensures efficient use of the media marketing budget, including planning, allocation and optimization of spend, as well as reporting on media investments and performance. The role is also accountable for building and maintaining long‑term partnerships with key external stakeholders and opinion leaders, securing ethical promotion of Company products, and complying with health, safety and workplace regulations.
Experience
- More than 2 years’ experience in digital marketing and media planning, either in-house or at an agency.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across core digital channels, including web, social media, SEO and multichannel campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in tracking, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance against KPIs.
- Experience in planning, allocating and optimizing media budgets.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Communications) and with external partners (agencies, opinion leaders).
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of core digital marketing channels, media planning principles and day‑to‑day campaign management.
- Practical knowledge of web analytics and performance measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar) and ability to use them for basic reporting.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and social media marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw clear conclusions and translate them into concrete action steps.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Product Managers and external partners.
- Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks or campaigns in parallel.
- Basic awareness of ethical standards and regulatory requirements related to product promotion in the relevant market/industry, with willingness to learn and apply company policies.
