Medical Affairs & Portfolio Associate / Advisor – STADA Hungary

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Act as an in‑country medical expert for STADA’s Rx portfolio, with a strong focus on key therapeutic areas such as Rheumatology, Osteoporosis, IBD, Haematology, Parkinson’s disease and Immunology
  • Be a core member of multidisciplinary brand teams, working closely with the Medical & Portfolio Director and cross‑functional colleagues
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, impactful messages tailored to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Provide high‑quality medical/scientific review and approval for promotional and non‑promotional materials, in line with Hungarian regulations, industry codes and STADA standards
  • Answer medical questions and requests related to our products with balanced, evidence‑based information
  • Prepare and deliver scientific presentations and training materials, and support the sales force on medical aspects
  • Review and summarise relevant scientific publications and other data sources to support medical strategies and brand activities
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and medical experts through scientific discussions, advisory boards, congresses and other professional events
  • Support local portfolio management and new product launches, from medical input to preparation, execution and follow‑up
  • Ensure full compliance with pharma regulations, GCP, pharmacovigilance requirements and internal SOPs and policies

What you will need

  • 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in medical affairs, clinical development or medical information
  • Advanced Life Science degree (MD, PharmD, MSc, PhD or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in scientific communication, including preparation of scientific materials and presentations for HCPs
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with digital tools and platforms is an advantage)
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
