Commercial Specialist

About the Role

As a Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening business relationships with pharmacies within your assigned territory by implementing commercial activities, analyzing the market, and executing sales strategies. You will play a key role in building long-term partnerships with clients, monitoring market trends, and achieving planned sales results in line with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Design, develop, and implement commercial activities within the assigned market segment, in line with the company’s strategy.
• Independently conduct sales-out analysis by product, pharmacy, and customer, and use the results to improve business activities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with pharmacy owners and pharmacy staff.
• Monitor market developments and regularly report on all relevant information related to clients and products.
• Launch and promote new products on the market, as well as implement the defined product portfolio targets for existing products, in accordance with the company’s strategy.
• Provide regular reports using CRM and other reporting tools.

Requirements

• University degree (Level VII) in Economics, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dentistry.
• Previous experience in the same or similar roles is considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
