Working Student - Global CHC PMO / Project Coordination (f/m/d)

What you can expect

 

  • You will support the Global CHC team as a PMO / project coordinator, handling administrative project tasks and driving the optimization of delivery on time and within budget.
  • You will support our markets in project-based User-generated content (UGC) initiatives, including sampling coordination, timelines, and tracking of deliverables.
  • You will coordinate and organize international workshops and project meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, action item tracking, and follow-up).
  • You will prepare and structure processes for CHC global members, country team members and colleagues ensuring onboarding plans, documentation, access, and key information is shared/understood.  
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement of our ways of working by identifying process gaps and proposing optimizations in collaboration with the Global CHC team

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • You are an undergraduate or graduate student in Business Administration, Project Management, Event Management, Marketing or comparable studies.
  • You have a growth mindset paired with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability, and you communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
  • You are a team player and enjoy taking ownership of administrative and coordination-heavy projects, ensuring that tasks are structured, prioritized, and completed.
  • You are curious, open to ask questions, and able to quickly absorb new information; you can switch between tasks or projects and manage several workstreams in parallel.
  • You take ownership of delegated tasks, follow through, close loops, and proactively flag risks, dependencies, or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in English; German and other languages are an advantage.
  • You have solid MS Office skills, ideally including Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) is a plus.
