Media Designer - Focus AI & Video (f/m/d)

Do you want to shape brand appearances and design the future of communication? You develop creative content formats for well-known consumer health brands and combine strong ideas with generative AI and high-quality video production.
 

What You can expect
 
  • You develop creative concepts and content across channels for social media, e-commerce, websites, online marketing, print, and POS
  • You plan, produce, and edit professional videos – from TV commercials to social media reels and explainer videos
  • You use AI-supported productions for images, videos, audio, and virtual characters
  • You test new AI tools and develop efficient workflows
  • You contribute ideas for social media formats, storytelling, and visual communication
  • You work closely with brand management, e-commerce, trade marketing, and media
  • You are responsible for digital asset management to ensure consistent brand communication

Who we are looking for
 
  • You have a degree or comparable training in media design, communication design, film, motion design, photography, or digital media
  • You have at least three years of professional experience in content creation, video production, or media design
  • You have a sense for design, typography, visual language, and brand communication
  • You have experience in the conception, production, and post-production of video content as well as with camera, lighting, and sound technology
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • You have practical experience with modern AI tools and an interest in applying new technologies
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, share ideas within the team, and have a portfolio of design, video, and AI-supported content production
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
  • Bonus: You feel comfortable in front of the camera as well
