What to expect
- In your role as C&P Business Partner Technical Operations (TechOps), you act as a trusted advisor to TechOps leaders on all Culture & People topics.
- You provide strategic guidance to your TechOps leadership teams on people development topics such as team development, leadership development, compensation, performance management, and succession planning.
- You lead transformation and restructuring projects within TechOps and actively drive organizational development in your area of responsibility.
- You are responsible for recruiting selected senior management and executive positions in the TechOps organization.
- You take on project lead and/or expert roles in cross-functional Culture & People projects and initiatives.
- You work closely with the wider C&P team (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Analytics) to ensure a consistent and aligned C&P support for TechOps.
- You collaborate in a trustful manner with employee representatives and support complex organizational changes.
- You advise on C&P policies, processes, and the analysis of C&P KPIs for your TechOps stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law or Social Sciences with a focus on HR/labour law, or bring equivalent qualifications/professional experience.
- You have several years of experience as a C&P Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally in a TechOps or production environment, partnering with senior management up to C-level.
- You are experienced in leading change projects as well as in organizational and people development and actively shape the further development of structures.
- You act as a brand ambassador for our STADA values and drive cultural transformation across the organization.
- You have solid expertise in collective labour law, ideally including the collective bargaining agreement of the chemical industry.
- You thrive in a modern, dynamic company culture, are used to fast decision-making processes and have ideally worked in a matrix organization.
- You are fluent in German and English.
