We are looking for a new colleague to join our Regulatory team, who will be involved in the coordination and control of packaging materials for medicinal products (artworks).
You can expect a role at the intersection of regulatory, supply chain, and marketing, where you will apply your attention to detail, organizational skills, and English proficiency in daily collaboration with colleagues from abroad.
What can you expect in this position?
- Coordination and control of packaging materials for medicinal products (artworks) throughout the entire process, from initial assignment to final approval.
- Checking the accuracy, currency, and completeness of information on packaging and verifying its correct reflection in the final form of artworks in compliance with legislative requirements, approved documentation, and internal standards.
- Daily collaboration and communication in English with the global Artwork team and other colleagues across the organization in coordinating artwork changes.
- Working in internal systems, coordinating change requests, tracking deadlines, and managing related documentation.
- Collaborating on process improvements and finding more efficient ways of working in the area of artwork management.

Who are we looking for?
- You have completed a university degree. A focus on biomedical, natural sciences, or related fields is an advantage.
- Communication in English comes naturally to you, and you can use it effortlessly in daily collaboration with colleagues from abroad.
- You are meticulous and responsible, able to organize your work, meet deadlines, and complete tasks.
- You enjoy collaboration across teams and open communication.
- You easily navigate various systems and applications and are eager to learn new things.

What is an advantage but not a requirement?
- Experience with medicinal product registrations and familiarity with local legislative requirements.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar graphic design tools.
