NOTICE ON FRAUDULENT JOB OFFERS

It has been brought to our attention that there have been instances of fraudulent job offers, stating to be from our company. These persons have beeen offering fraudulent employment opportunities to applicants and often asking for sensitive personal and financial information, including requiring cadidates to arragne travel for face-to-face interviews with a certain travel agency.

Your security is important to us. The guide below explains how our recuitment process works and how you can recognize potential fraud.

HOW WE RECRUIT AT STADA

When applying for a role at STADA, you can expect the following:

Applications are submitted through our career site.
Applications for jobs at STADA are received via our official career site (jobs.stada.com). This ensures that all applications are routed directly to our recruiters and hiring managers.

Our recruiters use official company email addresses.
We only communicate through official STADA Group email addresses, such as @stada.com, or through the domains of our local group companies, including Thornton & Ross and Hemofarm.

Our emails include a complete professional signature.
Official communications contain a company signature with contact details, including company information and relevant contact numbers.

We always speak with candidates before making an offer.
Interviews are an essential part of our recruitment process and take place either in person or via video call.

We never ask candidates for money.
STADA will never request payment, banking information, or any financial contribution as part of the recruitment process. We also never make a job offer without a formal interview.

SIGNS OF A FRAUDULANT JOB OFFER

Be cautious if you notice any of following warning signs:

  • You receive a message that contains no verifiable contact details, such as a company address or a telephone number.
  • You receive a message from a free email account such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo, or from a domain that closely resembles an official STADA domain without being one.
  • You are asked for sensitive personal or financial information early in the process.
  • You are asked to arrange travel through a specific travel agency, with reimbursement promised later.
  • You are offered a role without taking part in a formal interview, or you are asked to keep your camera turned off throughout the process.
  • You are pressured to decide within a very short timeframe, or you are asked to keep the offer confidential.

Do not reply, and do not share personal information, send documents, or transfer money. Keep the message and all related evidence, including attachments and the full sender details, and report the incident to us at recruiting@stada.de with "fraudulent job offer" in the subject line.
