eCommerce Executive & Insights (National Account Executive)

Reading – Hybrid | UK | Full-time | Permanent

As eCommerce Executive & Insights, you will provide analytical and operational support to optimise STADA UK’s Consumer Health eCommerce performance across key retail and marketplace customers.

Sitting at the centre of the eCommerce team, you will blend strong numeracy and data skills with day-to-day support for customer management, reporting and project delivery. You will work closely with colleagues focused on Amazon and other digital retailers, building your understanding of how online commercial performance is driven.

This is an excellent early-career opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who loves working with numbers and turning data into clear, actionable insight.

How you will make an impact

  • You run regular performance reporting for key eCommerce customers, creating clear dashboards in Excel and Power BI and translating complex data into simple, commercial insights for the account teams.
  • You support the Amazon Lead and Marketplace & Pureplay NAM with planning, promo evaluation, post-campaign analysis and forecasting, preparing performance packs and opportunity analyses for internal and customer meetings.
  • You coordinate key administrative and portfolio management tasks, ensuring accurate product and customer information across systems, and keeping presentations, meeting notes and action trackers up to date.
  • You help plan and track eCommerce projects and initiatives, maintaining timelines and status trackers, and working with Content and Omnichannel colleagues to check live execution and flag issues on retailer.com and marketplaces.

What we are looking for

  • You are an early-career professional or recent graduate, ideally with some experience in FMCG, retail, eCommerce, analytics or a commercial function through an internship, placement or first role.
  • You have a strong numerate background and are confident manipulating, interpreting and visualising data using advanced Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and tools like Power BI.
  • You enjoy working with multiple data sources and large datasets, spotting patterns and drawing clear, evidence-based conclusions that you can explain in straightforward language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are well organised and detail-focused, able to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously while keeping your work accurate and reliable.
  • You are proactive, curious and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in eCommerce and digital retail and a numerate degree (2:1 or above, or international equivalent) in a field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance, Data/Analytics or Engineering.
