RX Product Manager (various specialties)
Location: Belgrade
Contract type: Fixed-term employment contract

About the position:

As an RX Product Manager, you will play a key role in managing products, as well as in its further development. The position includes strategic planning, new product launches, and coordination with sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manages products from the existing portfolio within the assigned therapeutic area and is responsible for shaping the future portfolio.
  • Prepares marketing plans for the launch of new products and strategic products, including defined strategies, tactics, comprehensive action plans, and monitors the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Coordinates all activities and sales teams immediately before and during the launch of new products.
  • Prepares, organizes, and takes full responsibility for training marketing and sales associates on new products and/or retraining them on products from the existing portfolio.
  • Responsible for product positioning, creation of marketing tactics, and defining the product sales message for a specific period.
  • Initiates the development of marketing materials in accordance with company standards.
  • Creates proposals for creative design solutions for outdoor and indoor advertising.
  • Manages all activities related to products within the assigned area and oversees each product throughout all stages of its lifecycle.
  • Initiates and implements the defined strategy for the relevant therapeutic product group.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (VII level of education) in medicine, pharmacy, or dentistry.
  • Previous work experience as a Product Manager within an RX portfolio.
  • English language proficiency – B2 level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
