Senior Pharmacy Representative

Location: Istria and surrounding areas (Istarska I Primorsko-goranska županija)

 

Purpose of the Role 

As a Senior Pharmacy Representative, you will play a key role in driving STADA’s presence in the pharmacy channel across Istria region. You will be responsible for promoting our Consumer Healthcare and supporting Rx portfolio, building strong relationships with pharmacists, and executing commercial strategies that align with STADA’s purpose: Caring for people’s health as a trusted partner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote STADA’s product portfolio to pharmacies and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with pharmacists and key stakeholders.
  • Implement territory action plans in alignment with national marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trainings, and product presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all promotional activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on field activities, sales performance, and market insights.


Requirements:

  • University degree in medical sciences, economics or related studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in pharmacy-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (B category) and willingness to travel within the territory.
