Purpose of the RoleÂ
Face to face promotion of portfolio of STADA products and/or products of other entities in the STADA group in Croatia in pharmacies and pharmacy chains with purpose of promotion of Stada products and growth of customer relationship and customer support level in the market. Enhance the STADA reputation in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting targeted pharmacies and pharmacy chains with purpose of promotion of Stada products and communicating quarterly designed commercial targets for those pharmacies/pharmacy chains.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Implementation of commercial and marketing strategy.
- Achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Efficient and timely completion of all ongoing administrative reports and promotional activities
- Participating in marketing activities on the field (promotional and educational presentations to customers).
- Efficient and timely completion of all ongoing administrative reports, reports for first line manager and promotional activities.
- Organization and attendance of professional meetings with targeted customers on the market.
- Ensures interactions with all the customers and partners comply with STADA Values and Behaviour and Compliance polices.
- Implementation of all instructions and requirements to ensure labour safety, environment and property protection

Requirements:
- University Degree in medical sciences, economics or related studies.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license (B category) and willingness to travel within the territory.
