Business Analyst
Location: Zagreb

Purpose of the Role 

Contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success through data analysis excellence and critical thinking: preparation of periodic reports/analytics, maintenance of adequate data records, continuous improvement and creation of company's reports supporting daily operations and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring campaigns, product turnovers, regions and key customers
• Identifying growth potential in existing customer base
• Preparing competitor comparison, benchmarking
• Sharing insight to support sales growth
• Analysing Sales Force effectiveness, engagement and performance
• Preparing competitor analysis for new launches
• Monitoring and analysing competitors activities, detecting gaps and suggesting directions for actions
• Decision support for business partners through value adding analysis
• Different internal systems support
• Power BI analyses
• Increasing AI usage
• Supporting regular reporting, forecasts, budget processes and business reviews
• Delivering P&L analyses for top-performing products

Requirements:

• University Degree in Economics, IT, Mathematics or related studies
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
• Excellent in English language and PC literacy
• Advanced level of Excel and Power BI
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills: business oriented way of thinking, achievement drive, strategic thinking and innovation
