Working Student Employer Branding & Talent Acquistion (f/m/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Part-time | Fix-term | Culture & People (CP) | Internships / Students 

 

As a working student (f/m/d) in the area of Employer Branding with a focus on Content Creation, you will become part of our Global Culture & People team and contribute to the design and implementation of the global employer branding strategy for the STADA Group. Together, we work on positioning STADA as an employer of choice and attracting the best talent.

 

What you can expect

 

  • You support the design and implementation of employer branding strategies.
  • You take on both content management and content creation, for example by maintaining and further developing our careers page as well as in rebranding projects.
  • You support the development of awareness formats and communication campaigns.
  • You analyze campaign results and derive optimization potential from them.

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on marketing, communications, human resources, or a similar field.
  • You have gained initial practical experience in content creation, employer branding, or HR marketing.
  • You are creative, think strategically, and are ready to contribute and implement new ideas.
  • You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
