Working Student CRM & Commercial Systems (f/m/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Fix-term | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Internships / Students 

 
The CRM & Digital team is part of Commercial Excellence and continues to develop the STADA CRM. It provides professional support for the CRM system.

What you can expect
 
  • You support field service lines in maintaining customer master data, correct CRM data, and monitor data quality.
  • You assist with recurring tasks, data uploads, and coordinate with CRM managers and IT.
  • You support the team in testing errors and new features.
  • You create communication templates for CRM users in coordination with the team.
  • You participate in weekly meetings to clarify questions.

Who we are looking for
 

 

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in business administration or related fields of study.
  • You are confident in using various systems and quickly learn new applications.
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and enjoy working with data and processes.
  • You are open and strong in communication within the team and with partners.
  • You have fluent German and English language skills.
