Norbitec GmbH was established in 2003 as a joint venture and is part of BIOCEUTICALS Arzneimittel AG, a subsidiary of STADA Arzneimittel AG, and Nordmark Pharma GmbH.
We are a successful biotech-pharma company with approximately 120 employees, specializing in the production of a high-quality pharmaceutical active ingredient for the international market. Currently, we are on a healthy growth trajectory and are looking to strengthen our team.
Production Employee USP (f/m/d)

What you can expect
- You will operate bioreactors at various production scales and ensure the smooth running of processes
- You will cultivate mammalian cell cultures and be responsible for the care and development of these cells
- You will carry out precise in-process controls such as pH measurement, cell density, and metabolite analysis to ensure process quality
- You will guarantee complete and GMP-compliant documentation of the entire manufacturing process
Who we are looking for
- You have completed vocational training as a food technician, brewer, dairy technologist, BTA, CTA, pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, or hold a comparable qualification
- You possess a sound technical understanding of production equipment and know how to use it effectively
- Ideally, you have experience working in cleanroom conditions and with sterile processes, as well as professional experience in a GMP environment
- Ideally, you have knowledge of working with microorganisms or mammalian cells
- You are confident using MS Office standard software and can create documentation efficiently
- You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You are willing to work weekends and public holidays
