For our team, we are currently looking for a Utilities Technician.
Utilities Technician

- Ensure the quality flow of technological steam and hot water for production processes.
- Perform interventions on equipment only after consulting and receiving approval from superiors.
- Maintain reliable equipment operation through best practices such as root cause analysis, corrective measures, precision maintenance, vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, preventive maintenance, and planning routine/annual inspections.
- Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers, cooling towers, compressors, pumps, and related equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance program by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks, and keep detailed records and reports on equipment conditions.
- Diagnose machinery and equipment failures within the facility.
- Ensure the quality of work performed and adherence to deadlines.
- Keep records of completed tasks in compliance with specific standards.
- Propose activity and equipment improvements.
- Strictly follow prescribed disciplinary measures in accordance with legal requirements.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Complete all tasks and responsibilities on time and at quality standards, using personal protective equipment to meet health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with responsible employees to coordinate air permit requirements for all emission units.
- Operate facilities for the production and distribution of technical cold water.
- Operate air compressors and ensure adequate compressed air quality and quantity.
- Manage the functioning of air conditioning systems.
- Maintain equipment in proper condition and monitor its operation.
- Participate in implementing operational procedures and work instructions.
- Positively interact with internal clients and third parties for facility maintenance.
- Share and seek best practices with colleagues and internal clients.
- Participate in the company's Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers, subject to modification based on company needs within the scope of activity.
