For our team, we are currently looking for a Reference and Retention Samples and Stability Technician 

Reference and retention samples and Stability Technician   

Turda  | Romania (RO) | Full-time | Quality | All target groups 

Specific responsibilities:

• Receive the finished products samples (samples for laboratory testing physico-chemical, microbiology and stability studies)
• Verify the identity and quantity of samples according to the sampling plan
• Detailed verification of reference and retention samples received in accordance with the approved SOP
• Record samples received in the corresponding logbook
• Record in the electronic system LIMS of the results after the verification of reference and retention samples
• Transport and storage of reference and retention samples in the dedicated room which has controlled access
• Hand over the finished products samples for stability studies and samples for laboratory testing to the responsible person from Quality Control Department
• Handling of reference and retention samples during their storage period in the dedicated room, including their destruction at the end of the storage period
• Taking samples, checking according to the sampling plan and recording in the Sample Receiving Register
• Label the samples to introduce them into the climatic chambers.
• Introduce and withdraw samples from the stability chambers as stability protocols.
• Proactive involvement in identifying solutions to optimize the way of working.
• Carry out the inventory of samples in the climatic chambers.
• Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Support constant improvement initiatives, implementation of new technologies and learning culture.
• Cooperate with cross functional teams within the group to ensure product stability and quality.
• Respect the SOP regarding data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring that electronic records and signatures are maintained securely and accurately.

Background:

• Education: Post-secondary qualification in a relevant field 
• English language at an conversational level
• Experience in a relevant field is a plus
