For our team, we are currently looking for a MS&T Specialist

MS&T Specialist   

  | Romania (RO) | Full-time | Manufacturing & Packaging | All target groups 

How will you help us: 

• Technical suport to prepare and implement documentation at site including packaging process flows, SOPs, Risk assessment, different assessments, and technical reports.
• Technical suport for transfer packaging process from site to site or from CM site, including preparation of specific documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to packaging and transfers, including transfer protocols, monitoring batch records, shipping documents, and any other required records.
• Collaboration with procurement and packaging coordination to evaluate/ order packaging materials and supplies required for transfers, ensuring adequate stock levels to support the transfer activities.
• Monitor packaging processes to ensure quality control measures are in place and conduct periodic quality checks to uphold product integrity.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as production teams, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless coordination of packaging and transfer activities.
• Technical suport in troubleshooting and solving technical product( weak products)/ process issues during packaging and support for Investigation using six sigma approach

• Suport for Cleaning Validation, Process validation activities in compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements;

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in packaging and transfer activities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs where possible.
• Ability to understand packaging materials, process technologies, production methods, application, and limitations.
• Collaborates with other MS&T network colleagues to the application of standard work processes, and re-application of best practice within Network.
• Involved in the Change Management processes/ systems.
• Performs other tasks based on the department necessities.
• Reports to MS&T Site Head

What we are looking for:

• Technical University degree, preferably in pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar role
• English fluent in speaking and writing; additional languages (good to have)
• Strong working national and international GMP guidelines
• Knowledge quality systems and regulatory requirements
• Good understanding of the technological processes
• Very good analytical, organizational skills and result oriented.
• Good communication skills; assertive attitude
