Main Responsabilities:

 

 

  • Comply with the Laboratory's operating and organizational regulations; 

  • Performs the analyzes and determinations established by department heads, the head of the laboratory, in accordance with professional training; 

  • Responsible for the storage, maintenance and judicious use of the equipment, as well as the management and handling of substances with special regime (precursor, toxic and dangerous), in accordance with the legal provisions; 

  • Proposes the material basis necessary for the good performance of the activity; 

  • Performs other duties corresponding to professional training, established by the head of the laboratory; 

  • Responsible for the application of the rules regarding safety and health at work as well as regarding the management of emergency situations and is responsible for the application of these measures; 

  • Performing physico-chemical tests in the chemical laboratory using different analysis techniques such as: high-pressure liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, UV-VIS spectrometry, potentiometry, IR spectroscopy, Karl- Fisher; 

  • Processing the results obtained after performing various tests; 

  • Reporting the results obtained; 

  • Compliance with existing work procedures at department and company level; 

  • Respect the documentation that accompanies the product for inspection; 

  • Use the materials and equipment correctly and in accordance with the approved documentation; 

  • Prepares the procedures, work instructions for the techniques he performs as the responsible person; 

  • Perform daily checks of balances, ph-meter, conductometer; 

  • Reporting the technical defects that occurred in the laboratory to the equipment responsible person;   

  • Preparation of solutions and indicators; 

  • Check the analytical documentation to determine if the analytical method can be implemented; 

  • Prepares the necessary materials needed for the transfer/ validation of the method; 

  • Informs the acquisition responsible about the stock of reagents and consumables (filters, columns, etc) to ensure the necessary materials for the proper conduct of the quality control activities; 

  • Prepares the method transfer protocols / reports and if necessary, method validation protocols/reports; 

  • Informs the direct manager/laboratory head about emerging incidents that may influence the quality of the medicine or the department; 

  • Performs and checks the physico-chemical tests in order to transfer the analytical method; 

  • Participates in GMP trainings, specific to the workplace, OSH/SU, environment and those specific to Human Resources systems and complies with the rules in force; 

  • Keeps the confidentiality of the data and information to which it has access and which are confidential;
