Sales and Marketing Department Director   

Tashkent | Uzbekistan (UZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Management / Executives  

 

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to maximize market share, sales, and profitability while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the salesforce by setting clear targets, optimizing KPIs, and managing tactical plans to consistently achieve local sales objectives.
  • Build and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams through effective recruitment, coaching, and motivation.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and teamwork to align efforts, optimize product launches, and enhance overall commercial effectiveness.
  • Control all commercial investments, ensuring cost-efficiency and maintaining productive relationships with key customers and partners.

Required Professional Knowledge & Skills

  • Education:  Business / Commercial education, ideally with medical scientific background
  • Experience & knowledge:  At least 3-5 years commercial / sales experience in pharma business
  • Core competencies /skills:  Communication, Leadership and Management, company value’s advocate
