FMCG Portfolio Commercial Manager   

Tashkent | Uzbekistan (UZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

 

 

 

We are looking for a Commercial FMCG Manager to drive the development and profitable growth of our FMCG portfolio (primarily Church & Dwight brands) within the country cluster.

Role summary:

Act as a business owner — responsible for full P&L, from market entry to scale-up. Deliver Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Market Share targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business development & route-to-market strategy
  • Distributor negotiation & management
  • Pricing, forecasting & commercial planning
  • Local marketing strategy & brand activation (offline & digital)
  • Cross-functional coordination: Supply, Finance, Regulatory, Digital, Commercial Excellence

Key KPIs:

Net Sales | Gross Margin | EBITDA | Distribution coverage | Marketing ROI | Market share | Working capital

 Qualifications:

  • Education: Business / Commercial education, ideally with medical scientific background
  • Experience & knowledge: At least 3-5 years commercial / sales experience
  • Core competencies /skills: Communication, Leadership and Management, company value’s advocate
  • Driver’s License: Valid category "B" driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
