Administrative Manager   

Tashkent | Uzbekistan (UZ) | Full-time | Fix-term | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management & Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of a hybrid office, optimize workflows, and implement digital solutions (MS 365, SharePoint).
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to leadership and teams (scheduling, travel, presentations) and cross-functional coordination.
  • Resource Management: Oversee administrative budgets, manage vendor and landlord relations, and handle contract administration.
  • Corporate Events: Plan and execute internal and external company events.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional certifications.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

 

Professional Skills (Hard Skills):

  • Fluent English (B2/C1 level) for business correspondence and communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint — required).
  • Experience in office infrastructure management, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Basic financial acumen (invoice processing, record keeping).

 

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a high degree of initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on internal customer service.
  • Resilience under pressure, structured approach, and keen attention to detail.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
