Senior Key Account Specialist
Location: Belgrade

About the role
As a Senior Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with key clients across the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors. Your role includes managing commercial activities, identifying growth opportunities, leading negotiations, and driving initiatives that support sales targets and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
• Implementing strategies to develop key accounts and achieve sales targets
• Acting as the primary point of contact and resolving complex client requests
• Conducting regular business visits and identifying new collaboration opportunities
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client data
• Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure a high level of service
• Initiating and leading projects to improve collaboration and optimize processes
• Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and promotional activities
• Monitoring key account performance and regularly reporting to management
• Achieving sales targets
• Ensuring numerical distribution and optimal stock levels in pharmacies and retail outlets
• Improving product positioning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, pharmacy, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach
• Willingness to work in the field and a valid Category B driver’s license
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Conversational level of English
