Senior FP&A Analyst – GETM
Job Description – Senior FP&A Analyst (GETM)
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Reporting To: GETM Finance Head
Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to support the GETM cluster finance organization. The role will act as a key business partner to support financial planning, performance analysis, reporting, forecasting, and management decision-making across the cluster.
The ideal candidate should have strong FP&A experience, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment. Accounting knowledge is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans for the GETM cluster.
- Coordinate planning assumptions with business stakeholders and ensure alignment with cluster objectives.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting accuracy.
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reporting packs including: Sales performance
- Gross margin analysis
- Opex tracking
- EBITDA performance
- Working capital performance
- Variance analysis vs Budget / Forecast / Prior Year
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting submission.
Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze business trends, profitability, and key operational drivers.
- Provide insights on performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Support cluster leadership in identifying risks and opportunities.
Business Partnering
- Partner with commercial, supply chain, and functional stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and support better decision-making.
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Process Improvement
- Drive reporting automation and simplification initiatives.
- Improve reporting quality, templates, and financial visibility.
- Support implementation of finance best practices.
Ad Hoc Support
Support business cases, scenario modelling, investment analysis, and special projects.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A / Commercial Finance / Business Finance.
- Experience in multinational companies preferred.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with ERP and reporting tools (SAP / Oracle / Power BI preferred).
- Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required.
