YOUR TASK IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate the signing of contracts and related documentation.
  • Prepare, agree, and coordinate the signing of commercial terms of cooperation (additional agreements / annexes).
  • Analyze and process reports, and prepare primary documentation based on these reports.
  • Monitor primary documentation and ensure timely coordination and approval of payments.
  • Maintain the department budget and work in the 1C system.
  • Communicate with counterparties and partners (pharmacy chains), organize and maintain efficient document flow with them.
  • Participate in compliance checks of counterparties.
  • Provide organizational support to the team (business trips, meetings, internal activities).

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with contracts, document flow, and/or primary accounting documentation.
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience with 1C or similar accounting/ERP systems (will be an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and in a multitasking environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident PC user; advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
