What will your day-to-day look like?

• Monitor and analyze sales performance across brands, products, and teams
• Turn data into clear reports, actionable insights, and business recommendations
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Prepare regular sales analyses, statistics, and management reports
• Track key market trends, competitor activity, and customer dynamics
• Support product launches with performance monitoring and reporting
• Manage and optimize CRM -related sales processes
• Work closely with Sales, Business Unit Managers, and Finance
• Contribute to budgeting, accrual planning, and stock-related analysis
• Help build and improve reporting tools and management information systems

What you will need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, commercial excellence, finance, or a similar role
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience with reporting tools and CRM systems
• Analytical mindset with confidence in working with KPIs and performance data
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly
• Team player attitude with independent working style
