Your STADA+ Business Case

In this STADA+ case, you will support the development and rollout of a harmonized pricing tool with the objective of creating a single source of truth for pricing data across STADA Europe.

The initiative focuses on simplifying fragmented pricing data, automating reporting processes and enabling faster, more reliable pricing decisions across markets – laying the foundation for future global scalability.

 

Your focus will be on:

  • Supporting the harmonization of pricing data across countries, systems and Excel-based sources
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of a centralized pricing table and reporting logic
  • Analyzing pricing data to improve transparency, governance and decision-making
  • Supporting pilot implementation and rollout preparation across European markets
  • Helping to identify efficiency gains, risk reduction and business impact from improved pricing processes

What You Can Expect

 

  • Ownership of a real, strategically relevant STADA+ business case with measurable financial impact
  • Hands-on exposure to pricing, commercial governance and data-driven decision-making
  • Involvement in a multi-country pilot and European rollout project
  • Close collaboration with commercial, finance, IT and regional stakeholders

Who We Are Looking For

 

  • You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program
  • Your background is in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field
  • You bring either a strong data-focused or process-focused profile, ideally with an interest in pricing, commercial or enterprise-wide data topics:
    • Data focus: You enjoy working with data models, structured datasets and reporting logic, and are interested in supporting the design or enhancement of a harmonized pricing data model
    • Process focus: You have a strong interest in analyzing, documenting and structuring business processes and supporting organizational change initiatives
  • You are comfortable working with SQL queries, Snowflake, Data Bricks or similar and building reports in Power BI, but can also still process data in more traditional tools like Excel
  • You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented, even in complex environments
  • You are curious, proactive and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders
