Your STADA+ Business Case

In this STADA+ case, you will support the analysis and optimization of cross-functional integration processes within our organization.

You will work with different departments to understand how integration and collaboration currently work, identify improvement areas and contribute to designing a more standardized and efficient future setup. The objective is to increase transparency, structure and operational excellence across functions.

 

Your focus will be on:

  • Interviewing stakeholders across departments to understand current integration processes
  • Mapping the “as-is” process and supporting the design of an improved “to-be” process
  • Standardizing documentation, templates and dashboards (status tracking, risks, milestones)
  • Drafting clear work instructions and contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting cross-functional coordination and transparency across teams

What You Can Expect

 

  • Ownership of a structured process improvement case with real organizational impact
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
  • Hands-on experience in process mapping, documentation and operational standardization
  • Insights into project governance, risk tracking and milestone management

Who We Are Looking For

 

  • You are in the final years of your studies in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field
  • You bring strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • You communicate confidently in English and feel comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
  • You are confident working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ideally, you have basic knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g. Visio) and first exposure to project work
  • You are proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership of tasks with guidance
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional and international teams
