Your STADA+ Business Case

In this STADA+ case, you will support the development and rollout of a harmonized global artwork management reporting dashboard with the objective of creating a single source of truth for the overview of all artwork projects relating to printed packaging materials.

The initiative focuses on capturing artwork project data, automating reporting processes and enabling faster, more reliable decision making – laying the foundation for future global scalability.

Your focus will be on:

• Supporting the creation of an artwork project dashboard across all countries operating in Global Artwork Management System (GLAMS).
• Contributing to the design and implementation of a centralized reporting logic
• Analyzing reports to improve transparency, governance and decision-making
• Supporting pilot implementation and rollout preparation across GLAMS countries
• Helping to identify efficiency gains, risk reduction and business impact from transparency due to reports

What You Can Expect

Who We Are Looking For

• You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program
• Your background is in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field
• You speak English, German is an advantage
• You bring either a strong data-focused or process-focused profile, ideally with an interest in the process related printed packaging materials and topics:
  • Data focus: You enjoy working with data models, structured datasets, PowerBI and reporting logic, and are interested in supporting the design or enhancement of a streamlined artwork
  • Process focus: You have a strong interest in analyzing, documenting and structuring business processes and supporting organizational change initiatives
• You are comfortable working with SQL queries, Snowflake, Data Bricks or similar and building reports in Power BI, but can also still process data in more traditional tools like Excel
• You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented, even in complex environments
• You are curious, proactive and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders
